1. Students shall leave the university within 15 days upon graduation. Before leaving the university, they must complete the Form for Departing School, which are available at the Foreign Student Office, return all the borrowed properties, books and articles and settle medical and other outstanding balance all. One can leave only after being certified by the college.

2. Living allowances for scholarship students shall be deducted on a day-by-day basis should they be absent from class and be away beyond the specified vacation period. Those who must make up their missed lessons due to the above-mentioned reasons must pay their tutors with their own fund.
