(1) Foreign Students must take all the required, examinations and tests.

(2) Students must participate in the labors required for their programs. All home works, laboratory and/or field practice reports assigned by their teachers must be completed in time. Should such works have not been completed or remedied, they will not be allowed to take the examinations.

(3) Any student who fails to take an examination of a course or cheats during the examination will be given “zero score” for the course and not be allowed to take a regular make-up. The cheating student will receive a penalty the severity of which is determined by the order of the violation.

(4) Students, who ask for a delay examination with a justified reason, must make a written application to their teachers and colleges in advance, and get the approval from dean of their colleges. The request and the approval will be taken into record by the Teaching Affairs Division or CCLCE. A delayed examination can only be allowed once for a course each semester.

(5) Students, who need to take make-ups must take the examinations at the time specified by the Teaching Affairs Division or CCLCF. If failed again, they must restart the course with their own fund for just one time, if allowed by the Dean of the college.

(6) In an academic year, if an undergraduate fails to pass the examinations of three courses or two key course, and fails again in the make-ups he/she will have to remain in the same and go through all the courses again. The student has to pay for such study. Remaining in the same grade is allowed only once for each grade. Accumulatively students are not allowed to repeat the year’s learning more than twice within the 4-year program. Otherwise, they will be ordered to withdraw from the institution. Students enrolled in a program in which credit system is adopted, will be treated according the regulations applied.
