On September 18, Pitipong Yodmongkol, Vice President of Chiang Mai University, Thailand, led a delagation to Guangxi University (GXU) for a visit. Xiao Jianzhuang, Vice President of GXU, chaired the symposium.
Xiao Jianzhuang extended welcomes to the delegation led by Pitipong Yodmongkol and provided a detailed introduction to the exchanges and achievements the two sides have contributed to since 2000. Given the current cooperative basis, he looked forward to deepening pragmatic collaboration between the two institutions, such as communication between students, concerted scientific and research innovations and people-to-people exchanges. With a focus on civil engineering and AI and other fields, a shared development will be made.

Pitipong Yodmongkol briefly introduced the information and the superior disciplines of Chiang Mai University and the latest achievements in carbon neutrality. He also expressed his wishes for maintaining sound cooperation with GXU, integrating each other's advantage resources and expanding all-round communication and collaboration.
