Recently, Xu Qinfa, Assistant to the President and Dean of the School of Marxism, led a delegation to pay an exchange visit to Phu Yen University located in Dak Lak Province, Vietnam. Tran Linh, President of Phu Yen University, attended the forum.
President Tran Linh extended a warm welcome to the delegation from GXU, and sincerely invited faculty and students of GXU to carry out indepth academic exchanges and mutual visits at Phu Yen University in the future. He expressed the hope that both sides would further deepen and expand cooperation to deliver tangible outcomes for bilateral collaboration.
Xu Qinfa briefed the development and progress of GXU. He noted that this visit should serve as an opportunity to establish regular communication channels, deepen cooperation continuously, and jointly advance the high-quality development of higher education cooperation between China and Vietnam.
During the forum, the two sides had in-depth discussions on integrated joint talent training covering bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs, facultystudent exchange visits, collaborative research projects, and the establishment of interuniversity cooperation mechanisms, reaching a number of consensus on cooperation.
Relevant faculty members from the School of Marxism took part in the event.
