On the morning of December 20, a delegation from Kalasin University, Thailand, visited School of Public Policy and Management at Guangxi University for exchange. The delegation was led by Ms. Phimlikid Kaewhanam, Director of the Research and Development Institute at Kalasin University.

Ms. Phimlikid Kaewhanam expressed her gratitude for the warm reception and provided an overview of Kalasin University's development, particularly the construction of its public administration-related disciplines. She stated that Kalasin University places great importance on its cooperative relationship with GXU and hopes this visit will further promote in-depth collaboration between the two institutions in MPA (Master of Public Administration) education. On behalf of the school, Dr. Nie Xin, Dean of School of Public Policy and Management, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation. He emphasized that the school consistently upholds the philosophy of international cooperation in education and looks forward to engaging in practical collaboration with the Thai side in areas such as cultural exchange and scientific research. During the discussion, both sides held in-depth discussions on topics including student exchange programs, faculty visits, research cooperation, and joint curriculum development, reaching a preliminary consensus on their willingness to collaborate. Following the meeting, the delegation toured the school's history exhibition hall. A group photo was taken to commemorate the visit.
